Cold Ledger is led by a senior full-stack engineer specialising in AI-powered applications, multi-tenant SaaS platforms, and domain-specific tools. The work spans the full stack — interface, backend, data, and infrastructure — with a bias toward systems that carry real complexity: retrieval over large document sets, strict tenant isolation, and software that has to perform in the field.
The flagship project, ReeferTechPro, is a good illustration: a production multi-tenant platform for transport refrigeration technicians, combining hybrid RAG over service manuals, AI-assisted diagnostics, a structured alarm-code database, and an automated document ingestion pipeline. It's the kind of work Cold Ledger is built for — deep domain knowledge, real AI, and a user who needs it to just work.
